MyItihas is a digital platform that brings the rich stories of Bharatiya epics and traditional narratives to life through AI-powered storytelling, interactive experiences, and educational content. The Service may include stories, character explorations, story generation tools, social features, and other content and functionality that we may add or modify from time to time.

We strive to provide accurate and respectful representations of cultural and religious narratives. Content is intended for educational and entertainment purposes. We do not guarantee the completeness, historical accuracy, or doctrinal alignment of any content with any particular tradition or interpretation.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to consent to use of online services) to use the Service. Traditional stories, characters, and narratives referenced on the Service may be part of the public domain or attributed to various traditions. Our specific expression, compilation, and presentation of such material are our intellectual property.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED INDIAN RUPEES (INR 100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY; IN SUCH CASES, OUR LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Termination
